Host a charcuterie class for your next get together
A grazing table is arranged at the location of your choice. From there your guests will get to “shop” from the table choosing their meats, cheeses and fillers.
You and your guests will learn some basic charcuterie folding skills and cheese cutting techniques.
So grab the wine! Charcuterie class is a fun night in!

Meet the Chef
Justine’s passion for cooking started in high school where she took basic cooking classes. After graduating she attended Culinary School at Johnson and Whales University. From there her kitchen experience grew working at country clubs, high paced restaurants and catering companies. She especially loved her 9 years serving as a kitchen manager at an elementary school. After spending a year at home with her daughter, she decided to put her creativity to work and start her own charcuterie company.
In her spare time, she enjoys her time with her family, husband Daniel, son Ryder and daughters Harper and Evie. She enjoys the mountains and especially hiking. She also loves serving the community and giving back where she can.
